What is a problem you face with the current toothpaste tube
you use?
How do you think that a new designed tube to should be, to
fix the problems you face?
Respond’s
“Top always gets gross and clogged.”
“Doesn’t need to be changed.”
“Push button please.”
“Hands free would be convenient.”
“Pumps on the bottle like a soap dispenser.”
“I don’t want to have to squeeze the tube.”
I noticed that would I would ask one of the interviewees to
use the bottle how they usually would, they tend to squeeze the bottle
especially from the middle.
